Bradley Dundas B.A., B. Sc., MOMSc.
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Bradley is a recent transplant to Nova Scotia from Ontario, where he graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master of Osteopathic Manual Science (MOMSc.) in 2012, meeting the World Health Organization's Benchmarks for Training in Osteopathy. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Western Ontario. Bradley worked at London Health Sciences Centre for ten years and gained valuable experience working in the departments of Nursing, Non-invasive Cardiac Testing, Pulmonary Functions Testing and Pathology. For 20 years Mr. Dundas sold pharmaceuticals, opto-electronics, imaging, software, automation and robotics to physicians, pharmacists, hospitals and universities across Canada and the US. Having determined that the corporate healthcare model falls short of meeting Canadians' wellness needs, Bradley became an osteopathic manual practitioner and ran a solo practice in London, Ontario for 7 years. He has also worked with a private clinic treating medically-discharged Federal First Responders who have PTSD. Bradley is a member of Osteopathy Canada and the Ontario Osteopathic Association and his services are recognized by third-party health care insurance plans in Nova Scotia.

Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master
Jenn’s yoga journey started almost 10 years ago while she was teaching English in South Korea. Embarking on her yoga journey is when EVERYTHING in Jenn's life shifted (mind, body, emotions and spirit). A whole new and exciting world of love and light opened up and it has been one amazing ride ever since!
In 2008, Jenn was blessed with the opportunity to learn Acro Yoga from the founder, Jason Nemer, and 6 other fun-loving Acro Yogis in Thailand. In 2011, she became certified in Chakra Yoga (400hrs). She is also a certified Reiki Master/teacher, a Thai yoga massage practitioner, and a Chakradance facilitator.
Over the last decade, Jenn has been blessed to practice many different styles of yoga with some incredibly awesome teachers. Her personal favourites have been Anusara, Acro/Partner Yoga and Chakra Yoga. Jenn loves the focus on alignment of Anusara Yoga, the spirit of Chakra yoga, and the joy and play of partner/acro yoga. Alignment, spirit, joy, and play are at the foundation of her personal yoga practice (both on and off the mat) and she tries to incorporate these into all of her classes and workshops.
